The Plan for One Step Diet:

What you won’t need to do!

No recipes to follow. That’s right. NONE!! You can eat ANY food you like. Some people don’t like certain food groups, have allergies, have intolerances, can’t afford organic food, vitamins or specialty items. It’s all craziness. YOU will dictate what you eat. I will show you how to EAT it better. Just try to limit processed and take-out food.

NO reading. That’s right. None!! No huge book to buy and read. Who has the time? You want to be outside with your family. Walking the dog. Catching the new episode of your favorite show. You’ve read all the book sin the past, you know the information. Did it help you achieve you goals? You need a plan that will give you the short point blank information to follow and then DO IT. Not READ IT.

What you will need to do!

Every week-2 weeks introduce a new Step to permanent lifestyle change that will lead to weight loss and improved health.

The next step will be e-mailed to you each week on the anniversary of your membership date. This way you can’t jump ahead, or try to do too much at once. This fails.

One Step. One day at a time. Permanent change.

That’s it…really?

Yes, it can be simple. It just has to be slow. You know the old saying. “Rome wasn’t build in a day”

 

If you want to you can keep the one step diet journal. Journaling your daily habits help to keep you honest about what you are doing. It’s easy to forget when you don’t write it down. Also journals help you track your success. It’s really lets you know that this is working and motivates you to keep going. As a member this journal is FREE.
