Hello, and welcome to the start of my business venture, OneStepDiet. I am a registered medical Laboratory Scientist and currently a Professor of Health Science at Dalhousie University in Halifax Canada. I have a keen interest in body biochemistry and nutrition, and studied nutrition in Australia. I also have a very personal interest in nutriton as I have a family history of Celiac Disease and my daughter has an anaphylactic peanut allergy.
